Who We Are

1. General Information

Learnet Publishing welcomes proposals and complete manuscripts for academic, research-oriented, and professional books across diverse disciplines including management, technology, social sciences, economics, education, and interdisciplinary studies.

Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by any other publisher. 

2. Types of Book Submissions

Learnet Publishing accepts the following categories of book manuscripts:

  • Authored Books – Written by one or more authors presenting original research or scholarly insights.

  • Edited Books – Collections of chapters written by multiple contributors under the supervision of an editor or editorial team.

  • Conference Proceedings – Edited volumes comprising peer-reviewed papers presented at academic conferences or seminars.

  • Textbooks – Books designed for undergraduate or postgraduate courses.

  • Research Monographs – Specialized books focusing on a specific research topic.

3. Book Proposal Requirements

Authors submitting a book proposal should include the following documents:

  1. Book Title and Subtitle

  2. Author(s)/Editor(s) Details

    • Full name

    • Institutional affiliation

    • Contact information

    • Short biography (100–150 words)

  3. Abstract or Book Overview (300–500 words)

  4. Table of Contents with chapter titles

  5. Target Audience (students, researchers, professionals, etc.)

  6. Key Features and Contribution of the Book

  7. Estimated Length of the Book (in words or pages)

  8. Sample Chapter or Two (if the full manuscript is not ready)

4. Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

4.1 File Format

Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.

4.2 Page Setup

  • Page Size: A4

  • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides

  • Line Spacing: 1.5

  • Alignment: Justified

4.3 Font and Size

  • Main Text: Times New Roman, 12 pt

  • Chapter Titles: 16 pt, Bold

  • Section Headings: 14 pt, Bold

  • Sub-headings: 12 pt, Bold

5. Structure of the Book Manuscript

The manuscript should be organized in the following sequence:

  1. Title Page

  2. Copyright Page

  3. Dedication (optional)

  4. Preface or Foreword

  5. Acknowledgements

  6. Table of Contents

  7. List of Figures and Tables (if applicable)

  8. Chapters

  9. References/Bibliography

  10. Appendices (if any)

  11. About the Author(s)/Editor(s)

6. Figures, Tables, and Illustrations

  • All figures and tables must be clearly numbered and titled.

  • Authors should mention the source of figures/tables if reproduced from other works.

  • Images must be of high resolution (minimum 300 dpi).

7. Citation and Referencing

Authors must follow a standard citation style, preferably:

  • APA Style (7th Edition)

All references cited in the text must appear in the reference list.

8. Ethical Standards

Authors must ensure:

  • Originality of the manuscript

  • Proper citation of sources

  • No plagiarism (manuscripts will be checked using plagiarism detection software)

  • Necessary permissions for copyrighted materials

9. Submission Process

Authors should submit the following documents:

  1. Complete Manuscript or Book Proposal

  2. Author/Editor Information Sheet

  3. Declaration of Originality

  4. Agreement Form

10. Review and Publication Process

  1. Initial editorial screening

  2. Revision by authors (if required)

  3. Final acceptance and publication agreement

  4. Copyediting, typesetting, and proof approval

  5. Publication and distribution

11. Copyright and Licensing

Upon acceptance, authors may be required to sign a agreement granting Learnet Publishing the rights to publish and distribute the book. Authors retain appropriate academic rights for future scholarly use.
